General

1. Please have parking arrangements and any parking permits handled ahead of time. We will need enough room to park a truck with up to a 28-foot trailer.
2. You may charge patrons a fee to participate in your activity. Please have someone there to either collect money or tickets.
3. It is your responsibility to post signs if you would like to let participants know that the activity is free or has been sponsored by someone.
4. A Zoo to You reserves the right to prohibit unruly people to participate in any of our activities.
5. Date and time is not guaranteed until both a deposit and signed contract have been received.
6. Gratuity is not expected, but is appreciated.

Zoo

1. Please know where you would like us to set up the zoo ahead of time. Remember to make sure we can back a truck and trailer up to exactly where the zoo is to be. There is a $35 fee for having to carry animals to the zoo.
2. A site map sent or faxed ahead of time would be helpful, however, not necessary for zoos held at private residence.
3. A Zoo to You only needs about 15 minutes to set up. We will usually arrive about ½ hour before your event is scheduled to start.

Wagons & Carriages

1. Please have a route planned out before we arrive. A route map faxed or sent ahead of time would be helpful.
2. Avoid hills and tight corners.
3. If possible please try to keep the route to quieter streets.
4. Warn us ahead of time with any surprises such as fireworks, Santa coming in on a fire truck, etc...
5. Horses will take water breaks and breathers as necessary.(our animals are our first responsibility)
6. A Zoo to You only needs about 15 minutes to set up. We will usually arrive about ½ hour before your event is scheduled to start.

Ponies

1. Ponies will take water breaks and breathers as necessary.
2. Warn us ahead of time with any surprises such as fireworks, Santa coming in on a fire truck, etc...
3. There is no set-up needed for hand walked ponies. We will be there only a few minutes before we are scheduled to start.
4. Pony wheels require about 15 minutes to set-up. A Zoo to You will be there about ½ hour before your event is scheduled to start.
5. We do have an 80 pound weight limit on our ponies. You can reserve larger ponies with a 125lb weight limit for a small additional fee.
